Titan Capital, a seed-stage investor that was established by the co-founders of Snapdeal, Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, has raised Rs 200 crore for its new fund. The firm intends to invest further in its current portfolio companies.

The Gurugram-based investor has raised external capital for the first time, with the Snapdeal cofounders having previously made investments.

The new fund is supported by prominent family offices, chief executives, and founders of top companies, as well as individuals from the venture capital industry. It is anticipated that a limited number of limited partners (LPs) will be included through an optional greenshoe.
