Thyrocare Acquires Polo Labs

Polo Labs’ pathology diagnostic division has been acquired by Thyrocare, a diagnostic and preventive healthcare service provider. Thyrocare’s objective with this strategic acquisition is to broaden its presence in the northern region of India.

Polo Labs is a pathology laboratory located in northern India. It operates 14 laboratories in the cities of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir, with the objective of providing diagnostic services that are both affordable and accessible. The laboratory meets the quality expectations and requirements of its clients by utilizing state-of-the-art, efficient technology apparatus.

Thyrocare asserts that the acquisition will be consistent with its overarching business strategy in the healthcare sector, which emphasizes the expansion of its diagnostic capabilities and the expansion of its presence throughout India.

Thyrocare is a diagnostic laboratory that is entirely automated and is dedicated to delivering high-quality reports at a reasonable price to hospitals and laboratories in India and other countries. A company headquartered in Mumbai asserts that it has a presence in over 2,000 cities both domestically and internationally.
