Users can also apply for the platform’s climate fellowship through this app.

The platform’s app allows climate tech hiring managers to host huddles, run Ask Me-Anything (AMA) forums, and engage in conversations with users. Through this platform, potential employees can bypass the process of searching for jobs on specific job boards and applying blindly. In the meantime, companies can build their employer brands and promote their climate solutions within the platform.

“The time is now and the climate crisis is not waiting, nor will it fix itself.
