Tech Mahindra, a prominent global technology consulting and digital solutions provider, has announced a partnership with Microsoft to enhance workplace experiences through the implementation of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
This collaboration will benefit Tech Mahindra's extensive customer base of over 1,200 organizations and initially impact more than 10,000 employees across 15 different locations.
Tech Mahindra's adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365 establishes the company as a prominent Global Systems Integrator (GSI).
Tech Mahindra aims to improve staff productivity and optimize operations by utilizing Microsoft's reliable cloud platform and advanced generative AI capabilities, leading to a more contemporary and efficient office environment. In addition, the company is using GitHub Copilot for 5000 developers, a move that is anticipated to enhance developer efficiency by 35% to 40% across the organization by making AI capabilities more accessible to everybody.

As a result of this partnership, Tech Mahindra has introduced a specialized Copilot practice that specifically aims to assist customers in fully harnessing the capabilities of AI tools. The approach will encompass workforce training aimed at assisting customers in the evaluation and readiness process, which are crucial for effectively incorporating AI in all aspects and functions of an organization.
Furthermore, Tech Mahindra will provide extensive solutions to assist customers in evaluating, preparing, testing, and implementing business solutions that utilize Copilot for Microsoft 365. The organization is dedicated to leveraging the knowledge acquired from the Copilot practice to benefit both customers and staff. Copilot for Microsoft 365 offers executives and other professionals a flexible, scalable, and customized user experience that is tailored to meet the changing demands of their business.
