[Funding alert] Swirl Raises $1.1M Seed Funding Led by Shastra VC

Video commerce startup Swirl has secured $1.1 million in a seed round led by Shastra VC (formerly Veda VC) and backed by renowned angel investors.

Arun Prabhudesai, Neha Kulwal, Ratan Ingu, Mohammed Dewji, Naim Siddiqui, Anil Goteti, Jiten Patri, Arun Vaish, Shan Krishnasamy, Paresh Chaudhry, and more angels are among them.

With the funding, it will bolster its product suite with an emphasis on deep AI integration to methodically extract contextual information from films at scale, as well as reach the enormous $100 billion+ US and UAE markets.
