Quick commerce platform Zepto has announced its biggest quick commerce expansion yet by partnering with The House of Abhinandan Lodha to deliver land plots in just 10 minutes.
This partnership was revealed in a Janmashtami-themed ad campaign and shows how quick commerce is moving into areas that usually take a long time, like property investments.

The partnership was announced with a video on the developer’s YouTube channel. It starts with traditional festival scenes showing cultural and religious symbols. But then, the message changes to promote business, with a voice saying, "This Janmashtami, rethink land investments with India’s biggest branded land developer, The House of Abhinandan Lodha, and Zepto."
It is unclear whether Zepto will only display land plots for The House of Abhinandan Lodha or actually sell them, like real estate platforms such as 99acres and MagicBricks do.
In February, Zepto partnered with Czech carmaker Skoda in India to offer test drives for their compact SUV, Kushaq. Some people mistakenly thought Zepto would deliver the car in 10 minutes, but Zepto cofounder Aadit Palicha later clarified that this was not true.
Zepto, the quick commerce platform, is getting ready to go public in India. It raised Rs 400 crore from Motilal Oswal Financial Services to increase Indian ownership ahead of its initial public offering (IPO) filing.
