Zepto appoints Sneha Arora as CHRO to boost HR Strategies

Zepto, among India’s fastest-growing quick commerce firms, has appointed Sneha Arora as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

In her new role, Arora will work to foster a workplace where employees feel a strong sense of belonging, supported in growth, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.

A seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience, she has shaped people and culture strategies across e-commerce, fintech and technology sectors, building scalable HR practices, enhancing leadership capabilities and nurturing values-driven cultures through periods of change and growth.

Aadit Palicha, Co-founder and CEO said, “Growth has taught us that we have more to do to earn the trust of our teams. Sneha brings steadiness and empathy, pairing clear processes with care.
