Yatra Online Limited said that Co-Founder Dhruv Shringi has been promoted to Executive Chairman of the Board, and Siddhartha Gupta has been named the new CEO.
Shringi, who has led Yatra since it began, will become the Executive Chairman. In this new role, he will work with the board and senior leaders on the company’s long-term plans, growth strategies, and governance.

Gupta is joining Yatra with over 25 years of experience in enterprise technology and B2B SaaS, having worked at SAP, HP, and several SaaS companies. He will manage the company’s operations, growth efforts, and travel services.

In the past 12 months, Yatra added 148 new corporate clients, which could bring in over Rs 700 crore in annual business, the company said in its filing.
For the quarter ending September 2025 (Q2 FY26), Yatra’s revenue from operations grew 48% to Rs 350.8 crore. Its profit for the quarter rose to Rs 14.27 crore. In the first half of FY26, the company’s revenue reached Rs 560.6 crore, and profit increased to about Rs 30.27 crore.
