Theblurr appoints Sainath Saraban as co-founder and CCO

Theblurr has named Sainath Saraban as Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer (CCO). He will lead the company’s creative vision, helping brands stand out with smart, well-crafted ideas that deliver real results.

With over 20 years of experience, Saraban has worked across regions including India, the US, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa. He’s led campaigns for top brands like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Nike, Amazon, Microsoft, and HP—most notably the iconic Thums Up ad, "Aaj kuch Toofani karte hain."

From early roles at JWT and McCann to leading creative at Leo Burnett India, and later founding his own studios in the US, Saraban brings a strong mix of global insight and local storytelling. His time as Global Creative Director at HP shows his strength in creating ideas that connect worldwide.
