Swati Bhargava Backs MobiYoung Group to Revolutionize India’s OOH AdTech Landscape

Swati Bhargava, Co-Founder of CashKaro and a well-known face in India’s startup world, has made a strategic investment in MobiYoung Group—the company behind DGTOOHL, an emerging AdTech platform focused on digitizing Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising.

This move reflects Swati’s growing interest in supporting tech-first businesses that are transforming traditional industries. Her latest bet? The dynamic and fast-evolving world of outdoor advertising.

MobiYoung’s platform, DGTOOHL, is among the few Indian players selected by google for Programmatic Digital Out-of-Home (pDOOH) advertising. This is a big deal in an industry that’s been hard to measure and slow to adopt tech—until now.

With programmatic buying, real-time targeting, and performance tracking, DGTOOHL is helping brands approach OOH campaigns with the same precision and flexibility they expect from digital media.

“What truly excites me about MobiYoung is how they've cracked the code by combining deep media ownership with AdTech innovation,” said Swati Bhargava. “DGTOOHL brings the precision and accountability of digital to physical spaces, helping brands maximize media spends with real-time, city-specific, and high-ROI campaigns.”

India’s OOH and digital OOH market is currently worth ₹470 million and is projected to grow to ₹770 million by 2033, at a CAGR of 6.21%. Meanwhile, globally, the pDOOH segment is seeing rapid momentum, especially in Asia-Pacific markets, growing at over 31% annually.

Thanks to this fresh capital, MobiYoung plans to scale its presence in India’s major cities and expand across the APAC region. It will also double down on developing more robust programmatic capabilities, automation tools, and real-time analytics.

“Having Swati on board isn’t just about funding—it’s a strong vote of confidence,” said Anuj Bhandari, Co-Founder and CEO of MobiYoung. “Her experience with digital-first businesses like CashKaro gives her a great lens on building performance-led brands, and that insight is invaluable to us.”

As the demand for measurable, intelligent, and scalable OOH advertising grows, Swati’s support positions MobiYoung to lead the next wave of innovation in this space.
