Submer has started a new partnership with Anant Raj Cloud, part of Anant Raj Limited. This project is a strong example of collaboration between Europe and India.
It brings advanced liquid cooling and AI technology from Europe to India. Together, they will build eco-friendly data centres that help keep India’s data safe and support the “Digital India” mission.
The two companies plan to build AI-ready data centres across India. These centres will use high-density, energy-efficient systems, allowing businesses and government agencies to run large AI programs while using less power. Europe-based Submer will support this with its modular infrastructure and its “InferX” platform to make operations easier.

Anant Raj Cloud is already an important player in India’s tech space, with large campuses in Manesar and Panchkula. The company is now moving beyond basic data storage to build advanced facilities for powerful GPUs. This shift supports the goals of the 2026–27 Union Budget, which aims to make India a global hub for AI and semiconductors.
Patrick Smets, the CEO of Submer, said, "India is at a pivotal moment in its digital transformation. By combining Submer's modular datacenter infrastructure, liquid cooling technologies and prefabricated MEP systems with Anant Raj's existing Data Centre Infrastructure & Cloud Services and campus development capabilities, we bring high-performance AI compute online fast while significantly reducing environmental impact."
The partnership also aims to use space more efficiently. Dev Tyagi, President of UKI, India, and Asia at Submer, said the plan allows much higher computing power in the same amount of space. He added that it offers a secure and sustainable way for India to adopt AI quickly and at scale.
Amit Sarin, Managing Director of Anant Raj Limited, shared that he is proud to support India’s AI growth. He said that partnering with Submer and InferX offers the right solution to help drive economic growth. He also mentioned that these investments support the Prime Minister’s vision of a self-reliant India.
The official partnership agreement will be exchanged at the upcoming India AI Impact Summit 2026.
