Staffing company Quess Corp elevates Lohit Bhatia as CEO

Quess Corp, a staffing solutions company, has promoted Lohit Bhatia from his current role as president – India and global operations to chief executive officer and key managerial personnel.

The appointment will take effect on January 1, 2026.

Bhatia has more than 28 years of experience in textiles, auto components, and services, with strong skills in sales, business development, and large-scale workforce outsourcing.

He joined Quess Corp in 2011 as General Manager of Sales (Staffing) and eventually rose to lead India and global operations. During this time, he helped grow the staffing business from 13,000 to more than 480,000 associates.

Guruprasad Srinivasan, Executive Director, Quess Corp said, “Lohit has been driving Quess’s growth journey to scale to over 4.8 lakh associates and shaping our leadership position in India’s staffing industry.”

He worked closely with the Professional Staffing teams to achieve double-digit margins and grow the business to a ₹100-crore EBITDA run rate. He also led the company’s international expansion through strategic acquisitions in the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka—markets that now contribute nearly 20% of the company’s EBITDA, the company said in its exchange filing.
