Rebel Foods appoints co-founder Ankush Grover as CEO

IPO-bound cloud kitchen company Rebel Foods has appointed cofounder Ankush Grover as its new chief executive, replacing Jaydeep Barman who will transition into a chairman and group CEO role.

Ankush Grover previously served as India CEO at Rebel Foods, the company behind brands like Faasos and Behrouz Biryani.

This leadership change comes as the Temasek-backed firm works to simplify its operations and strengthen its core focus, possibly preparing for a stock market launch. Meanwhile, there are still concerns about how some of its high-end brands are performing.
