Proptech Unicorn NoBroker Launches ConvoZen.AI, A Conversational AI Cloud For Customer Engagement

NoBroker, a proptech unicorn company, has launched ConvoZen.AI, a complete Conversational AI platform designed to monitor and automate customer conversations. 

Now available as a SaaS product, it’s used in industries like BFSI, education, healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel and ecommerce. 

The platform was first developed to solve challenges in customer engagement but now includes features like Voice and Non-Voice Agents in languages such as Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, along with analytics, monitoring, coaching and quality control for customer-facing teams.

Companies like Cars24, LendingKart, LeapScholar and Tata AIG use ConvoZen.AI to cut costs, boost sales conversions, ensure compliance and improve agent efficiency.

The platform offers AI-powered voice agents, automated quality checks, an agent assistant, and compliance monitoring. It also has a custom-built AI telephony system for voice interactions. Designed for mid-to-large businesses, the platform automates customer engagement with AI-driven workflows, including virtual assistants before contact and analytics after contact. 

It provides AI tools for customer interactions, such as virtual assistants, post-contact analytics, AI campaigns, and automated compliance processes, helping businesses analyze conversations across channels to improve sales, compliance, and agent performance.
