Pluckk appoints Chayan Mukhopadhyay as COO to drive operations and growth

Pluckk, a lifestyle-focused fresh food brand, has appointed Chayan Mukhopadhyay as Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

He will manage operations across four cities, including sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and delivery, while leading Pluckk’s expansion into india’s top 20 cities and three international markets.

An MBA from IIM Bangalore, Chayan Mukhopadhyay brings over 15 years of multi-sector experience, combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. His career includes impactful roles at American Express and Jabong, and entrepreneurial success as co-founder and CEO of Qandle, an HR SaaS venture that became profitable and was acquired in 2025.

Chayan Mukhopadhyay said, “Pluckk has already demonstrated strong traction in the fresh and clean eating space in Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. My immediate focus will be to scale the brand rapidly and profitably across 20 cities by strengthening our sourcing and supply chain capabilities, while expanding our presence both offline and online. Founded in July 2021 by Pratik Gupta, Pluckk operates in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Pune. With a current ARR GMV of ₹100 crore, the brand offers six product categories: Fresh Meal Kits, Preservative-Free Fruit Juice, Soups, Smoothies, Frozen Berries, and Plant Protein Bars.
