Omaxe appoints Harmanpreet Kaur as brand ambassador after World Cup victory

Real estate developer Omaxe Ltd has appointed Indian women’s cricket team captain Harmanpreet Kaur as its brand ambassador which highlights its growing focus on sports led infrastructure and community development.

The announcement came a day after India’s women’s team’s World Cup victory, reflecting Omaxe’s aim to create world class sports facilities and promote athletic talent. This follows the launch of The Omaxe State in Delhi, planned as an integrated hub for sports, leisure and culture.

MD Mohit Goel said Harmanpreet’s leadership, dedication, and ability to inspire align with Omaxe’s vision of purposeful growth.

The Indian women’s cricket team, led by Harmanpreet Kaur, made history by winning their first-ever ICC Women’s ODI World Cup, defeating South Africa by 52 runs. While South Africa appeared in control during their chase of 299, Deepti Sharma and Shafali Verma turned the game around with standout performances.
