Observe.AI To Enhance Human-like AI Interactions With Dubdub.ai Acquisition

US-based conversational AI startup Observe.AI has acquired DubDub.ai, a state-of-the-art generative AI solution for text-to-speech (TTS) and voice cloning, to improve its voice AI services for contact centers.

Swapnil Jain, co-founder and CEO of Observe.AI, shared on LinkedIn that the acquisition will help the company focus more on enhancing its conversational AI capabilities.

With this acquisition, Observe.AI can now offer the most realistic-sounding voice AI in the industry. DubDub.ai’s advanced text-to-speech (TTS) technology completes Observe.AI’s voice AI system, which already includes top speech recognition and contact-center-specific language models. This allows Observe.AI’s VoiceAI Agents to handle both simple and complex interactions smoothly and naturally.

By using DubDub.ai’s cutting-edge technology, Observe.AI customers can create highly realistic, expressive speech in any language, with minimal delay, matching the best in the industry. This addition enhances Observe.AI’s voice library, adding emotional and accent variations, giving contact centers more control over how their AI agents sound across all languages.

“We’re now doubling down on conversational AI, bringing state-of-the-art text-to-speech capabilities that prioritise humanness, naturalness, and personalisation in every interaction,” Swapnil said.

After the acquisition, the founders and employees of Dubdub.ai will join Observe.AI, the company said.
