Mamaearth-Parent Honasa Consumer's Posts Rs 533 Cr Revenue In Q4 FY25

Honasa Consumer, which owns the beauty brand mamaearth, reported a 13% year-on-year rise in revenue to Rs 533 crore for the March quarter.

This growth stands out, as most FMCG companies saw only small increases. It also shows the company is recovering from the offline restructuring that began in July-September 2024.

However, its net profit fell 16% to Rs 25 crore, down from Rs 30 crore in the same quarter last year.

Mamaearth’s parent company, based in Gurugram, saw its revenue grow by 13%, but its profit dropped 17% in the March 2025 quarter.

Revenue from operations rose to Rs 533 crore in Q4 FY25 from Rs 471 crore in Q4 FY24. For the full year, operating revenue increased 8% to Rs 2,067 crore.

The company also earned Rs 20 crore from other sources in Q4, taking total income to Rs 554 crore for the quarter and Rs 2,146 crore for the year. However, it did not share a detailed revenue breakdown.

Product costs made up 30% of total expenses and grew 11% to Rs 156 crore in Q4. Spending on salaries, marketing, legal, and rent pushed total expenses up 16% to Rs 522 crore for the quarter and Rs 2,056 crore for the year.

Net profit for Q4 FY25 was Rs 25 crore, down from Rs 30 crore a year ago. For the full year, profit fell to Rs 73 crore from Rs 110 crore in FY24.

The company recently promoted Karan Bajwa and Avinash Dhagat to top executive roles after Chief Marketing Officer Anuja Mishra resigned.

Mamaearth is the largest brand under Honasa Consumer, which also owns The Derma Co, Aqualogica, Dr Sheth’s, Bblunt, and Staze Beauty.

Apart from changes to its offline business, the company also pointed out deeper issues with the Mamaearth brand that have slowed its growth.
