LetsVenture Rebrands To LVX To Support Growth Stage Startups

Bengaluru-based venture capital firm Letsventure has changed its name to LVX as it expands into growth-stage investments.

With this move, LVX will now support startups not just at the early stage but also as they scale, while also focusing on educating investors.

“With LVX, we bring all our products, people, and possibilities under one trusted brand. We are building for India@2047 — creating a platform that is modular, scalable, and ready for the next generation of founders and investors,”  LVX founder and chief executive officer Shanti Mohan said.

Under the new LVX brand, the venture capital firm is launching three key verticals to serve different segments of the startup ecosystem. LVX Start will focus on early-stage startups by providing angel investments, while LVX Grow will support growth-stage ventures through funding from venture capital firms and family offices.

Additionally, LVX School will aim to educate both investors and founders on fundraising strategies, capital infusion, and achieving growth milestones.

“Today everyone knows LetsVenture as the early stage platform. We are also doing the name change to ensure that people know that LVX Start is the early stage platform where we work with HNIs for early stage with our angel AIF, LVX Grow is our growth platform where we work with family offices, and HNIs for growth and secondary, and LVX School is the open sourced learning platform for investors,” Mohan said.

This comes after the firm launched LV Debt last year—a debt financing marketplace aimed at educating founders and helping startups access funding through loans.
