Enterprise AI startup Atomicwork has introduced a new AI tool called Universal Agent. It’s a smart assistant that works across apps and devices, helping employees with voice and video support.
According to the company, the tool can reduce support tickets by up to 60% for teams like IT, HR, finance, and operations, while boosting user satisfaction by 25%.
It also fits into everyday tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, and email, making it easy for employees to get help without switching platforms.

Unlike traditional IT support tools that need users to raise tickets or send emails, Universal Agent helps users directly through their preferred chat apps, giving instant support using Voice AI, Vision AI, and Work AI. The company said-
- Voice AI talks users through problems to solve them quickly.
- Vision AI uses live video and screen sharing to fix more complex issues.
- Work AI automates tasks through the browser, helping employees get things done faster on their own.
Early users say they've seen up to 60% fewer complex tickets, 80% faster issue resolution, and a 25% boost in employee satisfaction.
"Legacy ITSM was built for managing tickets. Atomicwork is built to eliminate them," said Vijay Rayapati, co-founder and CEO of Atomicwork. "With Universal AI at the core, we're moving from systems of record to systems that act. Context-aware, conversational, and cross-platform in the flow of work - this is how enterprise service delivery should work in an AI-first world."
"Atomicwork is fundamentally reshaping our digital workplace strategy. It enables us to deliver intelligent support at scale - without forcing employees to navigate multiple systems or complex interfaces. This shift from reactive ticketing to proactive support through agentic AI is not just enhancing user experience, it's driving operational efficiency across our business," said Karthik Chakkarapani, CIO of Zuora, an Atomicwork customer.
Earlier this year, Atomicwork raised $25 million in a Series A funding round led by Khosla Ventures and Z47, with participation from Battery Ventures, Blume Ventures, and Peak XV Partners.
