Kaushalya Logistics appoints Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as CEO

Kaushalya Logistics, a clearing and forwarding (C&F) company in the cement sector, has appointed Rajendra Singh Shekhawat as its new CEO.

He has over 24 years of leadership experience in major cement companies in India and has a strong record in improving operations and driving strategic changes.

Shekhawat has held senior roles at major cement companies, including Assistant Vice President – Logistics & Packing at Wonder Cement and Vice President & Head of Logistics at J.K. Cement.

Over the years, he has led large logistics operations, procurement functions, and cost and industrial corridor projects, giving him strong knowledge of logistics, customer needs, and on-ground challenges. He has also helped build logistics startups, created high-performing teams, and set up strong organisational systems that consistently add value.

As CEO, Shekhawat will guide Kaushalya Logistics’ strategy and operations as the company grows its CFA network and strengthens partnerships with major cement brands. His leadership is expected to improve distribution efficiency, increase transparency, enhance customer experience, and build a future-ready, technology-driven supply chain.
