Jayant Prakash Joins Captain Fresh to Lead Governance and Compliance

Captain Fresh a global leader in tech enabled seafood supply chains has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Jayant Prakash as Vice President Legal & Compliance. 

This strategic hire underscores the company’s dedication to governance and compliance excellence as it advances its global leadership in the seafood industry while gearing up for its IPO next year.  

Jayant brings over two decades of experience in legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and IPO management. He has successfully overseen end-to-end secretarial operations and corporate compliance for both listed and unlisted companies across diverse industries.  

Previously, as Vice President, General Counsel, Company Secretary (CS), and Compliance Officer (CO) at Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited, Jayant led the company’s oversubscribed IPO. 

His career highlights also include leading IPOs at Metropolis Healthcare as Head Legal, CS & CO, and supporting public listings during his tenures at L&T Finance Holdings, Elara Capital, and other major firms. Additionally, he managed the de-merger of the US business for Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as their Director - Legal and Company Secretary.
