InsuranceDekho launches its maiden ESOP liquidity program worth $2 Mn

Insurtech leader insurancedekho has launched its first ESOP liquidity program valued at $2 million, enabling employees to partially cash out their vested stock options.

Around 150 current and former employees participated in the program via a secondary sale, gaining immediate financial returns while maintaining a stake in the company’s future growth.

The company intends to expand its ESOP program with new grants, ensuring employees at all levels continue to benefit as the platform grows.
