Honasa Consumer Limited, the parent company of Mamaearth, has announced that its Chief Marketing Officer, Anuja Mishra, will step down at the end of June 30, 2025, due to personal reasons.
According to a regulatory filing, CEO and whole-time director Varun Alagh will take over the CMO role temporarily.

"Owing to certain personal reasons, I would like to submit my resignation from the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Honasa Consumer Limited, effective closure of business hours on 30th June 2025," Mishra wrote in a letter.
Mishra joined Honasa in March 2022 and led marketing efforts for Mamaearth, BBlunt, and The Derma Co. Before this, she worked at Godrej Consumer Products and held leadership roles in marketing and sales at top FMCG companies.
Earlier this week, the company also expanded its ESOP pool by adding 24.61 lakh options worth ₹57 crore, as per another filing.
