HealthQuad Appoints Namit Chugh As Director

HealthQuad, the healthcare-focused VC platform under the Quadria Group, has appointed Namit Chugh as Director to boost its investment strategy in healthtech, medtech, and digital care models.

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare investing and consulting, Namit will help sharpen the fund’s focus on deep-tech and tech-enabled healthcare. His appointment supports HealthQuad’s goal of building leading ventures in India’s growing healthcare ecosystem.

Before joining HealthQuad, Namit Chugh was Principal at W Health Ventures, where he was part of the founding team. He led investments in companies like Wysa (an AI-based mental health app), BeatO (digital diabetes care), and Mylo (a parenting-focused content and commerce platform). He also helped conceptualize 2070 Health, a venture studio supporting early-stage tech-enabled healthcare startups.

Earlier, he worked at Lok Capital, focusing on investments in healthcare, insurtech, and consumer tech. His consulting experience includes roles at Alvarez & Marsal and PwC, where he advised on healthcare strategy and transactions.

His appointment comes as HealthQuad launches its third fund—HealthQuad Fund III—targeting up to USD 200 million, with an additional USD 100 million greenshoe option. The fund aims to scale innovation by tapping into Quadria’s global healthcare ecosystem.
