GyanDhan Promotes Aman Jain to Co-Founder Role

Education loan platform GyanDhan has promoted Aman Jain to Co-founder. The move recognizes his early support and key role in growing the company’s brand, marketing, and strategy.

 Aman now joins Ankit Mehra and Jainesh Sinha as GyanDhan’s third co-founder.

Aman joined GyanDhan before it issued its first education loan. He led marketing and branding efforts, turning the company into a trusted, student-focused name in education financing. His work helped make a confusing loan process clearer and more empowering for thousands of students.

Aman has taken on more responsibilities by leading strategic partnerships. He helped grow GyanDhan’s B2B network in over 30 cities and launched a SaaS+ platform to help study abroad consultants simplify the loan process for their students.

GyanDhan recently raised Rs 50 crore (around $5.8 million) in a Series A round from Classplus and Pravega Ventures. The company says it has facilitated over Rs 7,000 crore in education loans and plans to grow this to Rs 18,000 crore in the next three years. 

It has been growing quickly — in FY24, it reported Rs 21.4 crore in operating revenue and Rs 1.36 crore in profit.
