B2B manufacturing and supply chain startup Groyyo has acquired a 51% stake in US-based Oussum Inc for an undisclosed amount to expand in the US retail and fashion market.
The company said its partnership with Oussum Inc will provide retailers and brands in the US with end-to-end design-to-delivery services. It will also work on expanding the omnichannel retail presence of private labels under its management.
Groyyo will help grow private labels like Oussum and Gypsie Blu across online and offline channels in the US. These brands are already available at Target, Walmart, Burlington and TJ Maxx, and Groyyo plans to further expand their reach across the US and North America.

"Over the last four years the company has been building a backward integrated SME supply chain for fashion and apparel across South Asia. With the emergence and dominance of fast fashion across the US, we believe the timing is better than ever before for us to go deeper and offer an end-to-end shelf-to-warehouse offering to customers across the US," said Subin Mitra, Co-founder & CEO of Groyyo.
"Oussum has been working closely with the Groyyo team for three years now. We are confident through our combined synergies across manufacturing and retail we can build an industry leading fast fashion house across the US which will soon be present at every store, retailer and online platform across the region," said Amit Bansal, CEO of Oussum Inc.
Groyyo said its US operations are growing fast, expecting to reach $8 million in revenue by March 2025 and aiming for $100 million by FY28.
The company will continue using its strong sourcing network in South Asia, now enhanced with US-based warehouses, to provide fashion brands and retailers with a complete design-to-warehousing solution.
