Drone manufacturing company Garuda Aerospace has partnered with US-based Salesforce to update its approach to managing customer data and internal operations as it expands its business.
Under the partnership, Garuda Aerospace will use Salesforce’s AI-powered CRM tools, including Agentforce Sales and Agentforce, to manage customer interactions across sales, service, and marketing teams. The aim is to create a single system for customer and operational data as the company grows in India and expands into Southeast Asia and Africa.

Garuda is also moving into sectors like agriculture, defense and infrastructure. As it adds new business areas, Salesforce’s platform will help break down data silos, letting teams work from the same information. This will improve coordination across departments and provide real-time insights for better decision-making.

The companies said the new system will impact over 90% of Garuda Aerospace’s current customers in India and will support workflows for government, enterprise, and consumer clients. It is designed to manage the full customer lifecycle, from first contact to ongoing service.
The partnership also includes Salesforce’s Agentforce 360, a set of AI tools that combines human and AI agents in one platform. This system helps employees automate routine tasks, access data more quickly and handle customer requests more consistently.
