Honasa Consumer Ltd, the parent company of mamaearth, has named Yatish Bhargava as its new Chief Business Officer, effective immediately. The position had been vacant since February 28 after Zairus Master resigned due to personal reasons.
The company, in a stock exchange filing, said Bhargava will also be part of its senior management team.

He has over 17 years of experience in handling profit and loss, and leading large teams in general trade, modern trade, and e-commerce.
Before joining Honasa, Yatish Bhargava spent nearly a decade at Hindustan Unilever, working in sales and customer marketing. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.
He takes over the Chief Business Officer role from Zairus Master, who stepped down earlier this year.
This leadership change comes as Honasa navigates recent disruptions caused by its shift to a new direct distribution model, ‘Project Neev,’ across the top 50 cities.
Recently, Honasa promoted Karan Bajwa to Chief Human Resources Officer and Avinash Dhagat to Chief Supply Chain Officer. These changes follow Mamaearth’s Q4 results, where the company saw a 13% rise in revenue—growing from Rs 471 crore in Q4 FY24 to Rs 533 crore in Q4 FY25. However, its profit after tax dropped slightly from Rs 30 crore to Rs 25 crore during the same period.
