EPAM Systems Boosts India Presence with New Pune Office

EPAM Systems Inc. (NYSE: EPAM) a global leader in digital transformation and product engineering has inaugurated a new state of the art office in Baner, Pune. 

This LEED Platinum-certified facility will accommodate over 2,000 employees, underscoring EPAMs commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation. 

The Pune office is EPAM’s third expansion in India this year following new facilities in Bengaluru and Chennai as part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its presence in one of its largest delivery centers globally.

India plays a pivotal role in EPAM's growth, with the organization leveraging the country's diverse talent pool and Pune's educational ecosystem. The new facility aligns with EPAMs vision to build the Home of Modern Engineer, fostering innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving. It is designed to host events, meetups, and serve as Offshore Development Centers (ODCs) for clients.

The eco-conscious facility features underfloor air conditioning for energy efficiency, recycled furniture, ergonomic interiors, and low energy appliances. EPAMs focus on sustainability complements its mission to reduce environmental impact while promoting innovation.
