Delhivery, a new-age third-party logistics firm, reported a 68.5% year-on-year increase in net profit for Q1 FY26, reaching ₹91 crore, supported by improved operational efficiency and steady revenue.
Operating revenue rose 5.6% to ₹2,294 crore, while its core express parcel segment saw a 14% jump in volumes, handling 208 million shipments during the quarter.
Delhivery's EBITDA surged 53% year-on-year to ₹149 crore in Q1 FY26, up from ₹97 crore in the same quarter last year, reflecting stronger operational performance and improved cost efficiencies.

“We’re pleased with the strong start to the financial year. The improved profitability as a result of operating at a higher scale reaffirms the inherent operating leverage linked efficiencies in our business. We look forward to the upcoming festive sale season with optimism,” Delhivery CEO Sahil Barua said.
Delhivery’s Express Parcel segment generated ₹1,403 crore in revenue in Q1 FY26 — a 10% YoY rise from ₹1,276 crore. Shipment volumes rose 14% to 208 million.
The company noted consistent growth into July and expects further EBITDA gains in FY26, driven by its Ecom Express acquisition and increased market share.
“Vertical ecommerce (D2C) and SME segment volumes have grown significantly faster, at 25%+ and 37%+, respectively, and will remain a key focus for us going forward,” the company said.
Delhivery’s Partial Truck Load (PTL) segment posted ₹205 crore in revenue in Q1 FY26, marking a 17% YoY increase. However, revenue dropped sharply by over 50% from ₹517 crore in the previous quarter.
Delhivery’s supply chain services segment, which includes warehouse, order, and transport management systems, saw a decline in revenue contribution during the quarter due to key contract renegotiations.
