Just days after stepping down from Swiggy’s board, Delhivery founder and CEO Sahil Barua has joined the board of D2C home decor and lifestyle brand Nestasia.
With his addition, Nestasia plans to strengthen its operations, grow across sales channels, and expand its presence. The startup also aims to enhance its omnichannel distribution strategy.
Barua’s experience in handling large-scale operations is expected to support Nestasia’s growth plans.

Earlier this month, Barua had resigned from his role as an independent director at Swiggy, citing increased work commitments.
Nestasia cofounder Anurag Agrawal said,“We’re at an inflection point. Sahil’s entry is not just timely—it’s transformational. His journey of building a tech-first, high-performance company from the ground up offers us a lens to reimagine scale, execution, and sustained consumer delight.”
