SaaS-based debt collection platform Credgenics has acquired rival Arrise, though the purchase price was not disclosed.
Credgenics said the acquisition will help it use Arrise’s pan-India network, expand to 18,000+ pincodes, and move toward becoming a full-stack collections solutions provider. Arrise will continue under its current leadership for at least five years.

The deal is part of Credgenics’ new initiative ‘CG Setu’, which aims to deploy a team of digitally empowered personnel to improve debt collection efficiency.
“CG Setu will disrupt the field collections model with its efficient, data-driven, and compliant approach. It will deliver greater efficiency and complete transparency for lenders, while providing a superior experience for borrowers,” Credgenics cofounder and CEO Rishabh Goel said.

Founded in 2019 by Avadhut Thali and Kunal Sawhney, Arrise offers multilingual calling, on-ground collections, voice bots, repayment management systems, and advisory services on collections and legal workflows.

Founded in 2019, Credgenics provides software to help banks, NBFCs, and fintechs manage loan collections. The fintech-focused SaaS startup has raised $75 million so far, backed by Westbridge Capital, Accel, and Tanglin Ventures, and was valued at $340 million in 2023. It has been operationally profitable since FY23.
The startup says it achieved ₹220 crore in operating revenue with a profit before tax of ₹25 crore in FY25. In FY24, it reported a net profit of ₹9.8 crore on ₹134.5 crore revenue.
Credgenics claims its platform tracks over 11 million loan accounts and is integrated with lenders including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Mahindra Finance, and IIFL Finance.
