Curefoods, a food and beverage company, has officially acquired Krispy Kreme's operations in South and West India from the Landmark Group. Metta Capital advised Landmark Group throughout the transaction.
This strategic move will help Curefoods expand its presence in the Indian food market and also will help Curefoods grow by tapping into Krispy Kreme's loyal customer base and established operations. As part of the deal, Landmark Hospitality Services Limited will also acquire a stake in Curefoods India.
In October, it was reported that Curefoods was in talks with Landmark Group to acquire Krispy Kreme’s India operations. The acquisition gives Curefoods control over nearly 50 Krispy Kreme locations across the country. As part of the deal, Landmark Hospitality Services Limited will also take a stake in Curefoods India.
