CleverTap Acquires rehook.ai to Boost AI-Driven Promotions and Customer Retention Capabilities

CleverTap, a platform that helps businesses engage and retain customers, has acquired rehook.ai, a startup backed by Y Combinator. rehook.ai provides tools to automate promotions like coupons, discounts, loyalty programs and referrals. 

This move adds to CleverTap’s all-in-one solution by combining analytics, user engagement and promotions in one platform.

The deal’s financial details were not shared.

With rehook.ai onboard, CleverTap will now help brands run and manage more effective promotional campaigns. Businesses can now create, track, and improve offers based on real-time user behavior, leading to better conversions and stronger customer loyalty throughout the entire user journey—from onboarding to retention.
