CARS24, a top platform for buying and selling used cars in India, has teamed up with ElevenLabs, a global voice AI leader, and google Cloud to improve customer experiences at its hubs across the country.
Together, they have launched a real-time voice intelligence platform that listens to and analyzes customer-agent conversations, making the used car buying and selling process more transparent, efficient, and trustworthy.
In India’s used car market, trust drives every deal. Customer-agent conversations—on inspections, valuations, or negotiations—play a key role, but earlier, managers relied only on limited feedback.

Now, with ElevenLabs’ multilingual voice AI, CARS24 adds a “voice intelligence” layer. The platform transcribes and analyzes over 20,000 hours of monthly conversations in 14 Indian languages and dialects, achieving 98.5% accuracy on automotive terms.
Since implementing the voice AI solution, CARS24 has achieved significant results
- 35% increase in first-visit conversions by resolving customer concerns in real time.
