BorderPlus Acquires German Healthcare Recruitment Firm Onea Care

BorderPlus, a talent mobility platform which connects blue-collar workers to global opportunities has acquired German healthcare recruitment firm Onea Care for an undisclosed amount.

This acquisition is a big step in creating fair and structured ways for indian nurses to find job opportunities in Germany.

With this acquisition, BorderPlus aims to meet the growing demand for healthcare professionals in Germany while maintaining ethical recruitment practices.

The company has invested USD 10 million in mergers and acquisitions to strengthen its presence in India, Germany and other key markets.

BorderPlus also plans to introduce digital solutions to improve hiring efficiency, provide language training and help healthcare professionals integrate smoothly into their new jobs.

Germany is expected to need 150,000 more nurses by 2025 and aims to recruit 500,000 nurses by 2030 to fill the shortage. India, with its skilled and experienced nurses, is in a strong position to help meet this growing demand.
