BLS International has launched a new AI-powered VoiceBot for the Spain–Ireland visa mission. This service will provide 24/7 support to visa applicants.
After its successful launch at IVAC Canada last year, the company is now introducing the VoiceBot in Ireland for Spain visa services, with plans to expand it globally.
The AI VoiceBot works round the clock and gives instant answers to customer questions. It is designed to provide real-time, human-like conversations, making the experience smooth and simple for users.
The system helps reduce waiting time and removes the need for long phone queues. Applicants can get quick and accurate information at any time of the day.

The VoiceBot can answer many types of visa-related questions. It covers basic FAQs as well as detailed guidance about documents, application steps, and consular services.
The VoiceBot will support more than 15 languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Chinese, and Russian. This makes it easier for people from different countries to use the service comfortably in their preferred language.
The service will help customers across Europe, the US, Canada, South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, China, the RCIS region, and India. The available languages will be adjusted based on regional needs and customer requirements.
