“I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you—Zenduty has officially joined Xurrent, Inc! This marks the beginning of a new chapter in our journey, and I want to take a moment to thank you—our customers, partners, and supporters—who have been instrumental in making Zenduty what it is today,” Zenduty cofounders Vishwa Krishnakumar and Ankur Rawal said in a joint statement.
Investor Titan Capital in a LinkedIn post said, “We’re delighted to share that our portfolio company Zenduty has been acquired by Xurrent™ — a powerful step forward in transforming IT operations and incident management! A huge congratulations to Vishwa Krishnakumar, Ankur Rawal and the entire team at Zenduty for this milestone!”
“Xurrent is excited to announce a major advancement in our ITOM (IT operations management) capabilities… Now, with the acquisition of Zenduty, we will enable IT to automate and streamline incident resolution and root cause remediation, ensuring faster fixes and preventing repeat incidents,” said Xurrent’s chief product officer Phil Christianson.
In a blog post, Christianson explained that acquiring Zenduty will help Xurrent’s clients automate virtual war rooms for faster incident response, quick issue resolution, and better accountability for post-incident tasks.
He added that Zenduty fills a key gap in Xurrent’s tech stack, strengthening its incident management and follow-up processes. With this integration, Xurrent will become a complete platform for IT operations.
The deal is also expected to provide good returns for Zenduty’s early investors and boost Indian SaaS startups developing global products.
Meanwhile, Xurrent helps businesses manage IT services and operations more efficiently with AI-powered automation tools that streamline workflows and improve collaboration.
