Autoverse Mobility appoints Rama Shankar Pandey as co-founder, launches digital parts platform

Autoverse Mobility announced on November 18, 2025, that Rama Shankar Pandey has joined as a co-founder. The company also launched its Autoverse Parts Procurement Platform which links independent workshops with automotive parts makers and their distributors across India.

Pandey has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked at Bosch, Tata Green Batteries, and spent ten years as Managing Director of Hella India Lighting. He also served as Chairman of the Aftermarket Committee at ACMA.

At Autoverse, he will focus on building manufacturer partnerships, strengthening the distribution network, and shaping the company’s aftermarket strategy.

The new platform aims to solve the parts sourcing problems faced by independent workshops in India. It offers a catalog with over 6 million car-part matches, shows real-time stock and pricing, and supports ordering with live tracking. It includes many product categories such as lubricants, filters, suspension parts, brakes, clutches, and electrical components.

“Autoverse is building something truly transformative; a transparent, tech-enabled supply chain that addresses one of the biggest challenges workshops face today: sourcing genuine parts reliably and quickly,” Pandey said.

“With the launch of our integrated Partner App and Web Platform, we are creating a future-ready ecosystem that delivers authenticity, speed, and operational efficiency. I’m excited to join Mihir, Shiv, and KK in this mission to empower independent workshops across India.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome Rama to our founding team and equally excited to introduce the Autoverse Partner Platform to the market,” said Mihir Mohan, founder and CEO of Autoverse Mobility.

“Rama’s leadership experience and domain depth will play a crucial role as we scale our operations nationwide. With our new platform, we are strengthening our promise of timely access to genuine, high-quality parts - enabling garages to deliver safer and more dependable service to car owners.”

Autoverse runs a network of warehouses and uses a hybrid logistics setup that allows it to deliver high-demand parts to workshops in as little as 45 minutes. The platform also offers garage management tools, including loyalty programs, order history, and automated recommendations.

The company is focused on India’s highly fragmented independent workshop market, which services vehicles that are no longer under warranty. According to Autoverse, the quality and reliability of these workshops vary widely.

Autoverse was founded in Bengaluru by Mihir Mohan, along with Shiv Soni and Krishnakumar. The company has raised $3.2 million from investors like Exfinity Ventures and Ventureast. It plans to use the funds to grow its parts catalog, improve its tech infrastructure, and expand its logistics network.

India’s automotive aftermarket includes thousands of independent, multi-brand workshops that repair vehicles no longer under warranty. Autoverse aims to bring more order to this space by offering a tech-driven platform that standardizes how parts are sourced and delivered.
