Automotive service platform GaragePlug has acquired review management platform Freshreview for an undisclosed amount.

Purpose of this Acquistion

This acquisition allows Freshreview to seamlessly integrate into GaragePlug’s connected operations platform, improving auto service operations, marketing and reputation management.

The entire team of Freshreview will join GaragePlug’s engineering and product divisions to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Auto service centers will benefit from a fully integrated platform that combines operations, marketing and reputation management to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue.
