Anuradha Aggarwal Elevated to Director, Marketing & Growth at Amazon India

Amazon India has announced the promotion of Anuradha Aggarwal as Director, Marketing & Growth. In her new role, she will lead the company’s marketing strategies and growth initiatives across the Indian market.

Prior to this elevation, Aggarwal served as Director, User Growth and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Amazon Pay, where she was instrumental in expanding the platform’s reach and driving customer engagement. Reflecting on her journey, she expressed gratitude for her experiences at Amazon Pay and enthusiasm for the challenges her new position will bring.

With over two decades of experience in consumer businesses, media, and digital ecosystems, Aggarwal has earned a strong reputation as a growth-driven marketer. Before joining Amazon in 2022, she worked as a Strategic Business Advisor to D2C startups, guiding emerging brands on their scaling and marketing strategies.

Her career also includes leadership roles at Disney Star, Marico, and Mondelez International, where she gained extensive expertise in brand communications, consumer insights, and digital marketing.

Aggarwal’s elevation comes at a time when Amazon India is sharpening its focus on marketing-led growth to further strengthen its presence in the country’s highly competitive e-commerce space.
