Ampivo AI Acquires 51% Stake In B2B Firm Commerce Forever Solutions

Ampivo AI, a top provider of multi-modal AI solutions, has bought 51% of Commerce Forever Solutions, a well-known B2B e-commerce operations company.

This stock-based deal is Ampivo’s first step into B2B e-commerce. Ampivo will use its AI tools to improve Commerce Forever’s operations and cut costs. Commerce Forever keeps its own brand and runs independently, but Ampivo will add predictive AI across key functions to boost efficiency and growth.
