Amazon India launches diagnostics services at home across 6 cities

Amazon India has launched Amazon Diagnostics, a new at-home lab test service available in six major cities: Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

Part of its growing healthcare arm, Amazon Medical, the service lets users book tests, schedule home sample collections, and access digital reports through the Amazon app.

The service is being rolled out in partnership with Orange Health Labs and currently covers over 450 PIN codes.

According to Amazon, the diagnostics platform offers over 800 lab tests and provides doorstep sample collection within 60 minutes, making healthcare more convenient and accessible for users.

“With this addition, Amazon has now integrated its pharmacy and clinic services under Amazon Medical,” the company said, noting that the expansion builds on the foundation of Amazon Pharmacy and Amazon Clinic.

Amazon Pharmacy offers prescription medicines and healthcare essentials, along with free telemedicine consultations and delivery benefits for both Prime and non Prime users. In addition Amazon Clinic lets customers consult licensed doctors online for various primary care services to make healthcare more accessible and convenient.
