Accenture Acquires Edtech Firm TalentSprint To Expand LearnVantage's Capabilities

Accenture has acquired TalentSprint, a top deep-tech education company, from NSE Academy, a part of the National Stock Exchange of India.

This acquisition will help Accenture’s LearnVantage platform grow by adding more university-certified courses and skill bootcamps, helping businesses and governments build future-ready talent.

The deal will bring around 210 TalentSprint team members into Accenture LearnVantage.  

TalentSprint, based in Hyderabad with an office in Sunnyvale, California, offers bootcamps, certifications and online degrees in areas like AI, data science, cybersecurity, chip design, digital transformation, and management.
