Stanza Living, the largest managed-living ecosystem in India, has received a Rs 110 crore ($13 million) bridge round led by Alpha Wave.
While Matrix Partners, Accel India, and Peak XV invested a total of Rs 27 crore, Alpha Wave contributed Rs 83 crore.

Co-living options are provided by the management housing platform Stanza Living to both students and working people. The company says it is present in 24 locations and has an inventory of over 75,000 beds spread across more than 450 households.
Entrackr was the first to report on the development. According to reports, the company was in discussions to raise $25 million in finance.
In March 2022, Kotak Mahindra Bank and RBL Bank led a financing round of $57 million, while in April 2021, Stanza Living raised $100 million in an equity round. It has raised more than $230 million in loan and equity rounds so far.
