[Funding alert] SpiritualTech startup Rgyan raises $200K in Seed funding

Gurgaon-based Rgyan, a vernacular spiritual social tech startup has raised  $200K in Seed funding from angel investors.

The startup plans to use the funds to create a digital community of spiritual aspirants and help them with their various needs in taking their spiritual journey online.

The new capital will be used primarily for product development and team expansion (Engineering, Products, Materials and Media). Focusing on people’s needs it seeks to build a range of products with advanced features, to provide a better online experience to the digital spiritual community.

The Gurgaon-based Rgyan was founded in 2021 by Umesh Khatri and Devendar Agarwal, It is a spiritual social tech startup that aims to build a single online platform for spiritual, intellectual and socially connected souls thus creating a complete “spiritual social network”.

It is an online spiritual social community platform of SoulGuide (SoulGuide Digital Pvt Ltd) that allows users to explore and share aggregated content across various spiritual categories such as Bhakti, Sacred Places, Wellbeing, Art/Society, Mythology and more.

The company said that it now hopes to grow into a full-fledged spiritual social networking portal that allows users to create their own profiles, share their spiritual content, consume trending media posts, connect with community users and access a wide range of spiritual articles, video library and other offerings.
