Social networking app O’hi has raised Rs 3 crore in a Seed funding round from marquee investors such as Rahul Mehta (Managing partner-DST), Angellist US among others.
The brand will use this capital investment to strengthen its app, strengthen its team and invest in technology, products, and pilots to build the brand.
The company is looking to expand its services. This company started in Goa, Jaipur, and is currently operating in Pune, Gurugram, and Bangalore. It has explained in a statement that it intends to expand to new cities.
“We are entering a very exciting, high acceleration phase in our journey and I am confident that this partnership will grow many folds in the coming months. We have immense on-ground knowledge and learning of human behavior at different types of cafes, at different hours of the day as we have been working, studying the same for over four years now”, said, Rupal Sharma and Adeeti Singh, Founders of O’hi.
Founded in 2021 by Rupal Sharma and Adeeti Singh. In the six months of running the beta, Ohi said it has seen more than 56K user behavior.
The company said in a press statement that it is the right time to exit beta soon so that we plan to accelerate its development and double down on the development hack.
