Founded by Dr. Parag Gad, SpineX is based in the United States and focuses on developing non-invasive spinal cord stimulation technologies for neurological disorders. The company is actively involved in ongoing clinical studies to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of non-invasive spinal neuromodulation therapy. 

During the pitch, the Founder asked for 1 Crore for 1% Equity and received counter offers from Kunal Bahl, Namita Thapar, and Vineeta Singh. The deal was ultimately closed at ₹1 crore for 10% equity at the valuation of INR 100 Crores
