Its types are feta, marinated feta, fresh goat cheese, halloumi, ricotta, St. James, St. Marcellin, and others. These products are fresh that is made from fresh and natural ingredients.  It's handcrafted and chemical-free. The milk is procured directly from the pastoralists, and the cheese is made by two young pastoralists trained in artisanal cheesemaking.
